IF YOU STILL CANNOT LOG IN
Other reasons why a login may fail:

Firewalls
If using a browser on a PC located behind a corporate Firewall the Network Administrator may have restricted privileges to websites that use Cookies. If so, please ask the Network Administrator to allow access to our server at IP address: 80.68.34.71

Personal Firewall Software
This can also cause conflicts - a rule should be defined with the Firewall software, which permits or allows access to 80.68.34.71 as a trusted site.

Browser Caching
Can occasionally cause problems - to cure this ensure that the browser is always looking at the most current version of a web page. To set this in MS Internet Explorer:

  • From the main menu select Tools then Internet Options
  • Click the General tab.
  • Click Settings.
  • Select Every Time you start Internet Explorer.
  • Click OK and then OK.
  • Close the browser and then reopen it.
